Carry out debugging of the mechanical system, electrical system and compressed air system item by item.

 

1. Debugging of the mechanical system

- Before debugging, check the lubrication oils in gear boxes for oil quality and filling level. If the machine has

left factory less than one year and oil quality has not deteriorated, go on to use it, otherwise replace it with new

oil. And check the lubrication points to see if oil has been filled as required.

- Check bolt connections for reliable connection. Mixer support connections are the focus of such checks.

They must be absolutely reliable.

- Adjust the discharge outlets of the storage hopper of the batcher. They can be smoothly opened and closed.

Start-up the electric idlers of the horizontal belt conveyor. The belts must run in the correct direction.

- Start up the slant belt conveyor to check the belt run for the correct direction and for off-track running.

Adjust counter weights to tension the belts properly.

- Check the cement measuring hopper, coal dust measuring hopper, water measuring hopper and additive

measuring hopper to see if they are freely sealed. Measuring hoppers must not interface with other components.

Discharge gates can be opened and closed smoothly. Discharge gates of the intermediate aggregate hopper

can also be smoothly opened and closed without any clogging.

- Clean the standing water and deposits from hoppers, mixing drum and powder silos.

- Debug the mixer according to <<The Operation and Maintenance Manual of SICOMA MAO3000/2000. >>.

- Start up the water pump for 5 minute to check the pipeline for water leakage. Open the butterfly valve to check

its motion for smoothness. Ensure no water leakage after valve closed.

- Start up two additive pumps separately to check their pumping directions for OK and pipelines for leakage.

- Start up the spiral conveyor to check its rotation direction for OK and for conformity with the specifications.

 

2. Debugging of the electrical control system

- Check the voltage of power supply for conformity with the specifications. Check the indication lights for normal flashing.

- Check the number of wires by comparing it with the diagram of electrical principles attached;

- Properly connect the wires of the water pump, air compressor, mixer, slant belt conveyor, spiral conveyor

and the like to the electrical control cubicles.

- Start up motors separately to check their rotation directions for conformity with the specifications.

- Ensure the cylinder motion-controlling push-buttons to correspond to respective cylinder. If not, made timely adjustments.

- Check signal switches for normal operation.

- Calibrate the scales in the way as specified in <<The Operating Instructions for the Control System of HZS60 Concrete Mixer plant>>

 

3. Debugging of the pneumatic system

- Check air-driven elements for complete connection as specified.

- Check the air compressor oil level indicators for oil filling.

- Start up the air compressor, and shutdown the machine when the air circuit pressure has reached its upper limit of 0.8Mpa. The compressor should start up automatically when such pressure has dropped to its lower limit of 0.5Mpa. Follow compressor operation requirements to adjust pressure relief valves to lower the air circuit pressure to 0.5~0.8Mpa and keep such pressure for 15min. Check the air circuit system and ensure no oil leakage from it. Check oil cup in the air handler and adjust the oil dripping quantity.

- Press the push-buttons in the batching system to ensure smooth cylinder motions and correct motion sequence. Press the discharge gate push-buttons at the intermediate aggregate hopper, cement scale, coal dust scale, water scale, additive scale, mixer dust collector and spiral conveyor to ensure cylinders open in sequence. Press the arch-breaking push-buttons at the powder silo to ensure arch-breaking correctly.
